I have a semi in Crows Nest and need someone to review the wood on the facades as I think most, if not all, needs to be replaced. I have a large piece of wood that has come off the gable at the top of the roof, so this is rather urgent as I am not sure if the roof is exposed.

I have a terrace that is two storeys at the front and is single storey at the back with gutters that need cleaning. Please see attached for photos to give you an idea of the scope but note that not all gutters are shown. The main ones to clean are the ones located at the top of the second storey and I'd appreciate getting photos before and after completion of the job of these gutters if possible. I can see that there are gutter guards for the gutters at the top of the second storey but not the ones on the single storey.

We need to waterproof our office plant pots to prevent water from overflowing and staining our new polished concrete and timber floors. Currently, we use trays inside all of the pots, but they are not sufficient to contain the overflow. The following pots require attention: - 4 troughs - 24 small, medium, and large pots The process for waterproofing will involve thoroughly cleaning and drying each pot before applying silicone, and we are willing to allocate a few days to ensure the job is done properly. If you have alternative solutions to prevent water leakage effectively, open to suggestions.

Flashing on roof is leaking and needs repair/replacement. Repair or replace all roof flashing. Roof is approx 5 meters x 10meters, with two chimneys. Access to roof is through attic ladder and access hatch.

Hi guys. We have recently installed V Boards on the ceilings in 2 rooms of our apartment. They are slanted roofs as the pictures indicate and the dimensions are: Lounge room- 3.7m x 2.4m Bedroom- 3.3m x 2.4m Plus the skirting around both. I am looking at taking Thursday 2nd March off and be at home so ideally if someone is available this time it would be great. We have the required paint also. Thanks, Matt
