Hi, we have water ingress under heavy rain in 2 places. - 3 story Victorian terrace house - 1 obvious leak around 3rd floor skylight - 2nd leak has less obvious source but water pools in ground floor fireplace. Not looking for an exhaustive investigation or definitive proof, especially for the 2nd leak. Also will get internal repairs done separately, ie plastering.

Stairs with no door at the top. Wanting a make shift door/ sound proofing for an upstairs loft.

Hi, We’re looking to get additional quotes to construct a small terrace on an existing rooftop. There are support beams in place below the roof, so it is structurally sound, however, the actual roof is slightly inclined for drainage, so would need a shallow frame constructed to make level (‘floating’ I guess) before adding on whatever lightweight decking (composite?). Decking will also need to have ample draining as a consideration. And then surrounding solid wall for safety (terrace is 2 storeys above street level). Wall/balustrade likely made to match the addition, which is clad in James Hardie cladding painted monument. Terrace measures 1.45 by 4.47. Obviously whichever builder we work with will need to have full insurances etc in addition to plenty of experience creating rooftop balconies. Quote should cover materials and labour. Hi guys, I maintain a property in Flinders st near Oxford st Darlinghurst. It has ongoing water ingress issues from the roof possibly due to a box gutter. Im looking for an experienced roofer to assess possible issues and provide a scope of works for rectification of such issues. There is only on street parking. Usually middle of the day is easier as parking is available and there is no clearway like in an afternoon. Will need to small extension ladders to access. One to access awning from street.
