I have emptied a pond system to dry to show waterproofing required. Approx 6.5 sq/m to do so straight forward as the largest area is the main pond which is the easiest to coat as just raw concrete. Require about 2 weeks plus dry weather to cure 2 or 3 coats completely so waiting for a dry weather run as intermittent rain days have affected start dates so far. Probably January. Quote for labour only. Will pay for all products at trade price to do job. Part of pond treated with Cromellin Black pond seal over 3 years ago. Some sections fine , one section peeling so maybe a rubberised product or alternative that is better wearing. The main pond though ( which is by FAR the largest area to do)is not coated at all and concrete based as shown. Pictures show scope of works. Labour only required.Important note: No fish will be returned so only an ornamental pond circulated with a strong onga pump through a waterfall and around the 3 pond sections in a triangle. So doesn’t need to be fish friendly

The house is single storey, 3 bedrooms and carport, need a good gutter cleaning.
