Single story home 88m2. Full gutter clean out

The gutter has come off the timber and needs to be reattached. The timber is a bit worn but moreso just where the screws have come out. Price negotiable.

We need our carport gutter cleaned out on both sides. You will need to get onto the carport roof to be able to clean them properly. It is usually a build up of dirt etc that accumulates in the gutters rather than leaves etc. also require any residual mess to be cleaned up afterwards.

We have 2 downpipes on either side of the house that need to be replaced. One is PVC pipe and other is metal. Both very old and need to be completely replaced. Please make an offer as I'm unsure of a reasonable fee. Single story house with floor to eaves about 3.4m Please quote for 2 PVC pipes and quite 1 PVC and 1 colourbond in the comments Located in five dock The metal gutter current directs water into a ceramic pipe which has some parts broken off its collar. Hi, I need three jobs to be done. This task is just to come out and look at the job. We can discuss price when you come out and quote. 1. Replace downpipe from gutter and connect this to stormwater pipe underneath earth. Approx 4m distance away, straight direction no bends. 2. Extend outside watertap pipe another 30cm high. 3. Extend gas pipe another 30cms and fit a gas outlet so i can connect BBQ. Happy to come out and see the jobs before quoting. Hi, I need an experienced roofer to repair I gap I found in my roof next to the skylight. If needed, you'll have to supply the tile as well. I've attached a picture from the inside to show the gap and also a picture of the side of the house it's on to show how narrow the space is so you can plan your access to the roof. There's also another area that needs to be plugged with a sealant or some resin as it's letting through some light. I might as well have this done at the same time. The house is old so you'll have to be careful not to make things worse when you up there. thanks,

Need some tile repair & pointing

30 year old tile roof installed on 119 year old semi in Queens Road Five Dock. All good until recent heavy wind/rain. Now small leaks. Suspect some of the roof ridge and hip cap tiles need re-sealing. This NOT a 'pay-anything' emergency! I want a fair quote from an experienced, qualified and licensed Tradesperson. Onsite parking.
