Roof leaking in bathroom. Small leak. Seems to pool on one side of the sky light. We have tried to find the leak on the roof & can’t seem to locate.

I had posted this last year but for some reason my account got locked out. Reposting again... I have a roof that needs fixing on my terrace. A few bolts are out and it's only matter of time before other bolts loosen up too. I've placed sandbags on the roof to prevent the wind from tearing out more of the roof. Willing to pay more than budget depending on the work involved. Dimensions - 4.5 x 3.5 m approx (5 sheets of 3.5 x 090 m sheets stacked one next to each other, overlapping a bit on the edges. Height from ground - 235 cms approx The apartment is 4 flights of stairs and access is via stairs (no lifts)

There are 30 to 35 roof tiles got leak stain need to change

We are the 18 unit two floor bock apartment,built in 60years ago,the roof condition is poor, a couple of units were leaking when the weather was bad. So that may need replacing whole the roof.

We had a major roof leak experience a few weeks ago. Our insurance company has demanded we get repairs done ASAP. As a first step we a looking for quotes on the replacement of a box gutter system ... I can send photos in separate email if required.

I have a few cracked tiles on the roof left by solar installers. The relevant area is about 40% of the entire roof. I have some spare tiles but probably but enough. There might be a few sections of pointing that needs resealing as well.

need a downpipe elbow installed / fixed. hs come off over time.

Damaged tile replacement, regrouting, and waterproofing at our apartment in Hawthorn East to stop water leaking to the unit below. We can organize the on site visiting with the tenant if needed to determine the scope of works.

Mice are coming through the side of the dishwasher into the apartment. Steel wool is not cutting it. Slide dishwasher out, mouse proof the back of the cabinet and then slide back dishwasher. Fingers crossed that stops them entering.

2010 Golf TSI , replace with similar grey colour. Does not need to be original material. The inside foam is crumbling out.

I'm wanting to reduce the sounds coming through a shared double brick wall(4.3x3.2). The wall has a built in wardrobe attached to it so I'm not sure where the noise is filtering through.

Roof leaks in one area whenever the rain is heavy. Need someone to identify and address the source of the leak. I have extra roof tiles available if necessary.

Roof Lining is sagging and requires re-adhesion. Lining is in good condition.

Connect existing rooftop antenna to the TV in the upstairs bedroom by drilling a hole in the window frame near it. Refer to the pictures for the antenna and the window below it. Please note that the existing downstairs living room TV connection from the antenna should not to be removed while adding the 2nd connection.

Drill and put curtain cracker into roof and hang curtain - Due date: Needs to be done on Wednesday, 17 January 2024

Add small door in plaster wall into attic roof space. See photo (yellow line where roof is roughly) (red line estimated doors to go) -Go in attic and check existing wall where we can put the door/s. (There’s access into there from same room but on other side) - cut plaster and add any Timbers needed for door frame. -Add two doors, small height opening from the middle if possible. If not then just one door opening to the RHS. - Add square timber detail on doors like rest of house. (See photo) - Add architrave around doors same as rest of house. (See photo) - add gold nobs (supplied by me) *Painting not needed. I can do that. - Due date: Before Sunday, 7 January 2024

I need help attaching a kings 2x3m awning to my prorack roof racks on a subaru forester. i have the mounting bracket kit i think it may need either extra screws/ t bolts. or worst case drilling into he roof racks. If addition screws/bolts are required i will pay for them. - Due date: Needs to be done on Friday, 22 December 2023
