A valley roof gutter was replaced 4 years ago. A big leak occurred again during recent rains

water leaking from ceiling of outside wall 2 brm townhouse- gutter drain above (see pic 3). No obvious problems but it must be where water is a problem- Need someone to look at and rectify.

We need parts of our boundary fence reinforced with something puppy proof and the access to our deck from underneath blocked off.

We currently have a door which goes to our roof pace (see photos attached). The door has a handle either side but I need someone to help install a key lock to stop our young daughter going inside. Need roof lining repaired/ replaced in my car. 2007 ford falcon station.

We live in a two storey townhouse and would like the gutters on the top roof cleaned. The gutters are old and probably needs repair but we can’t afford that yet so we don’t want to pressure clean as it will likely cause more damage. The debris in the gutter needs to be removed manually. It’s relatively small. See plans. Just upstairs roof.

My dog has taken all the switches off the outside electrical outlets and has chewed through a plug cable that powers the water feature. I need all switches replaced, electrical cable fixed and all of the above dog-proofed (surely there’s some kind of plastic box?). Swipe through the pictures for the offending pupper 😂

Garage roof is sinking and need fixing.
