There are removeable gutter guards in place and weeds in the gutters, so the guards will need to be removed and re-attached. On one side of the house there is limited access to reach the gutters, as the house is very close to the neighbor's home. Harnesses required and your own insurance. - Due date: Flexible

The roof flashing is leaking along one edge of the roof and leaking water to the ceiling below. It needs fixing or replacing. Edge is approx 2.5m long. Roof is approx 2.8m from ground at the lowest point (single story roof). The roof can also be accessed from a window above.

I have 4 solar lights that need to be installed on the roof. Its a single floor house with regular access. Bring your own ladder or I can ask borrow from my neighbour.

We need somebody with a tall ladder to access our roof to clean the gutters. We didn’t have any rain recently but there’s water dripping constantly. Gutters haven’t been cleaned in 4-5 years. Thanks.
