Roof damage and support timbers and minor guttering and damage from storm

I require my roof and gutters painted in wind spray colour It adds up to around 20 square metres The current paint is flaking off and will need to be scraped to allow for the new paint to adhere. The rounded boundary wall on side will require paint in antique white as well along the roof only. It measures 600mm height to around 250mm width.

I have a Window approx 1,5m x 1,7m that needs to be soundproofed (including the glass because it's plastic). I have no idea about the material that I need but am happy to buy it before the installation day:)

I have two whirlys on terracotta tile roof (single story) and an occasional thumping noise. Need to check the whirly’s and repair if one is broken.

Job in Lilyfield 2040. Small section of tiled roof needs ceramic tiles lifting and realigning approx 68 tiles, 9 square metres, with flashing installed beneath and new adhesive flashing on two sides. Source of the leak has been identified. Roof is very easy to access - no ladders required.

1. Enter man hole through master bedroom and inspect roof for any residual water/leaking. Diagnose roof leaking area. 2. Apply silicon around skylight (likely source of leak). You’ll need a tall ladder to access the roof as the property is a two story terrace house. Our neighbours had a similar problem and the likely cause is water coming in under the flashing around the skylight. Applying silicone may fix the problem. Leaking is only occurring during very heavy rain.

We have a leak around the chimney of the roof. It sounds like we need to get at a minimum, the flashings re-done around the chimney; - supply and fit side aprons and soaker tray - patch gaps and holes in chimney mortar - seal and membrane the chimney and other work - potentially supply and install a flexible pointing compound to all ridge caps throughout the roof see photos attached

Hi My Dad smokes inside and we want to create some kind of ventilation in the room and we’re thinking something on the ceiling would work. I don’t really want something electric that he needs to turn on and off and is noisy. So we thought of a vent plus a whirly bird on the roof as it’s a low ceiling. Open to suggestions but don’t want to spend a lot.

Roof leak ground floor also top floor. Windows . The attic windows were left open in this rain which seems to have added to the problem but the leak on the ground d floor has been dripping very occasionally for 2-3 months. No idea if cost so have put $10 to Post the ad. clearly that won’t be the cost. . Do you have an hourly rate?

Cut roof tiles as needed and install the oven vent that is currently inside the roof cavity to outside. Supply and install flashing around the base of the vent to make watertight. Repoint gable above leak ~4m length - Due date: Flexible

We have a section of down pipe that has rusted and leaks when it rains. It needs replacing. I can provide photos.

Remove the upper barge & LHS soaker flashing, increase the turn up of the sheet pan in question & try & pack up the pan to provide more positive fall. I am not sure what needs to be done exactly but during periods of heavy rain, there's a leak coming from between the ceiling and wall next to a window in the living area. Potentially it is an issue with the way the window is sealed? It is only happening to one of the windows. It is causing bubbling under the wall paint. - Due date: Flexible
