We have a narrow, 3br freestanding house in need of a gutter clean. The front (original) part of the house is single storey. The rear is an extension with the 3rd bedroom upstairs, so that half has a second storey. There is also a small, flat tin roof at the rear, facing the garden. Please quote for either your hourly rate (and estimate of how many hours), otherwise a fixed fee for the whole job. Installation of batts underfloor. Lowest section at front is approx 50cm so you will be laying on your back to install, sloping down to the back of the house at about 1.7m Approx 60sqm (3br, hallway and kitchen). Whilst one person could do this, having 2 people will make it much quicker and easier. Batts are to stop air movement around skirting boards, so installing to full edges is required- not interested in "close enough" and only doing full width. I will supply the batts. I need a roof specialist with insurance. The roof is brand new but there are a lot of sounds coming in between the roof and ceiling. It is a one story home. There is no man hole in the home so access must be through the top of roof. We need someone to unbolt one part of the roof to enter the cavity in between the ceiling and roof to inspect the whole area and take a comprehensive video for us of the entire area and any observations. We would like the video and report of what they observe. Essentially, we need to know whether everything is as should be with the wires, structure or if there are any issues or areas of concern. We would like the roof bolted back and sealed and the top of the roof inspected as well for any possible entry points, small or large.
