After the Sydney storms we had a possible roof terracotta tile break which has created a small leak in our master bedroom. We were away at the time but we still have a few drops appearing in our ceiling. Ideally we want someone who can review and fix the problem. There maybe a requirement to clean some gutters. The roof is easy to access from the back garden and the gutters are regularly cleaned. But the front of the house and the corner that is impacted is on the higher side of a sloping block. I am not comfortable to walk the roof to review the problem. I would also think entering via the internal man hole is another option. I require a carpenter for underside roof eaves work to the back verandah of a Neutral Bay home. The front of the house is done. See photo. The back of the house work needs to look similar. I do not see the need to take off the tiles or roof. It does however need some texture and be matched. No FC sheeting. The job to include the wood and materials and installation. Excludes painting.
