This is a 2 storey duplex requiring cleaning of all gutters of one duplex - not both. There is a side gate providing easy entrance and access to the gutters and roof I am looking for regular gutter cleaning services as I will likely require this to be done twice per year, so I am looking for quality service at a reasonable price. There is also a piece of wood trim that is loose near one of the gutters. I would appreciate if the tasker would also help me glue this piece back into place. I do not have a ladder but I can supply the glue. Please quote for this as well. Refer to last image to see the loose trim.

Hi, The manhole cover in my roof is glued shut. All it needs is someone with a hammer and chisel to open it. I tried but don't feel comfortable on the step ladder. Cheers :)

A wet leak appeared in my bedroom two days ago. I need it repaired this week as the next the house goes on lease. I'm moving out from my PPoR and renting it. The house is two-store and the room is in the top floor. There's no interior access to the roof or to the space between the ceiling and the roof. You need to access the roof from the outside. We think the leak is coming from the vent pipe just above where the wall stain is. Edit: invoice mandatory
