A wet leak appeared in my bedroom two days ago. I need it repaired this week as the next the house goes on lease. I'm moving out from my PPoR and renting it. The house is two-store and the room is in the top floor. There's no interior access to the roof or to the space between the ceiling and the roof. You need to access the roof from the outside. So I have a cabana that isn’t in any use so I wish to extend with concrete(arranged) all around then I need to close it up with a roof, windows & sliding doors ( which I can arrange) also wanted a pergola. I’ll possibly get a used one but need someone to lock it in the ground with concrete after we finish. So basically a really good handyman that’s got lots off experience & good knowledge off materials..

I need an electrician to locate the live cables for me, and advise me what kind of precautions I need to take installing batts around those cables.
