Unfortunately, my team canceled yesterday evening. There are 3 cleanings left start at 12pm. The first one is in Putney, the second in Rozelle, and the last one in Lilyfield. All are double-storey buildings, and two have higher access.

Tin roof needs application of crommelin waterproofing barrier. Allocate half a days work.

Clean and re-seal around the chimney pots on the top of both chimneys with roofing silicone. Easy roof acess, but at height.

Clear leaves and plants from gutters at front of house + clean vegola at back of house

There is an issue with debris getting caught in our roof that is causing a stain down the front our house. Photos of the roof and wall attached. I’d like a quote to fix the issue with the roof and clean the wall.

The gutter on one side of our two-storey house has two holes and needs to be replaced. The pipe carrying water from roof into ground also needs to be replaced. There are solar panels on the roof which may restrict access. I'd like to get a quote for the work.
