Based on the comments and feedback here, I think I’ll get a certified roofer to have a look to see whether I should try to fix it or replace the roof. I will update the task again later accordingly. Sorry if I wasted your time in anyway and hope you are having a great weekend ——— The edge of the roof is as in picture so the water stuck there and leaks into the house along the wall. The house is small, each side of the wall is probably 3m on each side. Would need the flashing to be supplied and replaced and maybe seal where leaks are. Or if you can advise what and where I can source the flashing locally, we can supply them Our neighbour has metal flashing so we open to that if you think that is better. The roof of ground floor and can access from the back. We have a ladder but can show you how to get up without the ladder as well. We have tried to install a stair gate a couple of times and it keeps pulling out of the wall (shared brick wall in an old terrace). The hallway space we are installing it in also seems to be crooked so it won’t quite fit properly.
