There is a leak around the fire place and we believe that it comes from the roof near the chimney where tiles may be loose.

The ceiling leaks especially after showers in the bathroom right on top. One bath is not enough for a leak while two baths will likely cause issue. It’s shower proofing issue. Possibly need to reproof and retile. - Due date: Flexible

Fix the cracking gable which causing leaking in my room, this is the top priority of this task. Not sure about the solution, we can discuss. The other less urgent one is an overall inspection, as I suspect the same issue could happen to other places of the roof.
