Need a roofer to have a look and give me a quote for the following repairs. My property has Monier Horizon concrete shingle tiles on it, it is approximately 10 years old, it has a pitch of approximately 22 degrees and is in a good condition. The top ridge tiles are too far apart under the ridge and when that happens the mortar overhangs the top of the tile and cause the water ingress to occur. It probably needs to have a row of tiles installed on either side so the top ridge can be correctly re-bedded and pointed which will prevent water ingress occurring. There are tiles with silicone that had been applied previously, these need to be replaced before the silicone fails. The spreader downpipe is emptying the water onto the roof and the builders have used a fibre flash instead of lead flashing and the fibre flash now has some holes in it and is no longer sitting tight on the roof and is allowing water to enter underneath the flashing.

Retiling shower area including removing existing tiles, waterproofing and retiling. Tiles provided (large porcelain tiles). Additionally if able to replace shower head, taps on shower and bath and replace a vanity that would be an added bonus but not essential. Main issue is that waterproofing is leaking in the shower area which is resulting in water damage to flooring throughout the apartment. Hi, need to install colour bond roofsheets on my balcony. See pictures attached of my balcony. Need to put it on the top of the exiting one and bolt them down. Size is roughly 4700x1420mm. I have bought the roof sheets already. Looking for quotes. We are on top floor of the apartment in westmead. Access to the roof will be by using the ladder from our balcony.
