We require someone to help with installing insulation under timber flooring. Hetitage home with approx 1 meter of space to install insulation. Not suitable for someone who is claustrophobic as it is a tight area to work. Approx 80 sqm with wool insulation to be cut to size and fitted under house.

I need somebody with a ladder to access the box gutter between us and our neighbours (semi) and clear out the leaves/debris. Also check the down pipe not blocked. A quick maintenance job which could become a recurring one.

Terrace house has 4 metre section oc guttering that needs replacing due to rust and also replace a leaking/blocked 7-8 metre section of downpipe and check thag there is no blockake between pipe and roadway.

The house is an Edwardian terrace. The chimney is dripping into the fireplace when it rains. I’d like the chimney made watertight. This is likely a simple capping at the top job. In addition, there is a small leak from a tiled section of roof that I’d like seen to. There is a leak at another point of tiled area. And lastly, a small joint in a modern section of glass roof needs a spot of silicon.

I have two small leaks in my roof which seem to come when there is heavy rain. I’d like an Airtasker plumber to test the leaks and suggest a solution to fixing them.
