Find a local Tasker to set up your router modem in Gold Coast

I just moved into my new home and had to arrange internet. I now have the modem and NBN box but it’s not working. I have multiple nbn ports in my wall, I connected to the first one, but the cord is designed to not unscrew. So I can’t try the others. Vodafone said they’d send out a technician on the 22nd of april, but it’s been a couple of weeks and need it sorted now 😅

Have received NBN modem and cords for setup, Needing someone super savvy in this department as I have no idea what I'm doing. I have instructions in a pamphlet I cannot seem to get the cords right and need wifi urgently.

I need a custom Rom/firmware installed onto a GL-inet MUDI Modem. The Firmware is Called 'Blue-Merle' (made by SrLabs) which can be downloaded from Github.

Our modem stopped working so we have replaced with a brand new TP Link, but we can’t get it connected. Optus tell us that the nbn connection to the house is fine.

I have a Windows laptop with a wiped hard drive and dont know how to reboot/reinstall windows because all drivers appear lost. I want help to reinstall windows, install a Triband Netgear Router and set up Alexa devices (lights, speakers, etc- they have previously been set up but lost because router was reset).
