Need help to connect deco modem to nbn internet

Ive had the internet connected by provided. Ive had the modem sent out to me, turned on but cannot connect. Need help connecting - i'm sure a very quick and easy job - i'm missing a step or two.

We are having problems with our internet speed so a person from NBN was sent out to our house to investigate the problem. They found that there is a problem with the cable between the NBN box and the modem and it needs to be replaced.

Hi there, I have recently moved into a new unit and have created a wifi account. The place comes with nbn and a modem, however, I don’t know how to configure it to match my new account. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated

NBN has recent completed the fibre to premises installation at our home. Help is required to connect the existing data cable to the new fttp box and existing modem, and test functionality.

Cables everywhere, no idea where to start.

I am working from home. Even with a good 100 mpbs download speed plan, I can't achieve a satisfactory internet connection and speed in every room (5 rooms) of a 2 storeyed townhouse. We are a family of 10 users (~6 active users during office hours and 10 users after office hours) I have tried wifi extenders and wifi mesh technology to get the result but failed. We needed to fix this problem either by finding the correct location for the router or shift the nbn connection from the provider to a suitable location in the house to solve the problem.

I have a D-Link router DSL-4320L. It is not working now. Can somebody fix it for me please.

Set up DD-WRT so it connects to the internet via Ethernet and so 2.4G and 5G wifi can be shared with others. Firmware has been installed on router but now internet is not working. Network adapter trouble shooter says Ethernet doesn’t have a valid IP configuration. If possible also set up a bridge connection.

Purchased new router which cannot connect to internet (NBN). Previous router has internet connection, but no wifi signal so replaced it with new. Should be simple fix to look into router diagnostics but a step too far for my computer brain.
