Since upgrading to fibre to the home I have had problems with my internet connection. I set up a new modem, connected to the NBN box. We now have internet inside the main house. However, when I connect the Ethernet cable to connect to the router in my office- separate building next to the house, the internet connection drops out. I’d like someone to attend in person to help resolve the issue. I run a small business from home and it’s been so difficult to have to use the hot spot on my phone to run Teams meetings etc.

Need to reset the router.

I need some to attend my property and setup my router and change the setting so that it can access the internet it is a dlink 3900 and the provider is thru opticomm I have been told that the internet ods up and running at my property but the modem router i have needs to be configured to allow access to the internet

I’ve been on the phone with my provider for 1 1/2 hours, but still no success in the end, although it did seem as though it was going to connect. I know that this is just a very simple fix, but I am just not tech savvy enough to do it myself

My modem / router died, I’ve purchased a new one and have it connected to my NBN unit but it can’t establish an internet connection. I can Connect to the device otherwise, just can’t get an internet connection. I also have a Wifi Range extender in the mix but haven’t got that far yet as I don’t have internet yet. A friend purchased a Xiaomi AX3000 dual band router. It has worked really well for a few months but since Thursday, November 14, the internet light has been orange, meaning I have had no internet. I haven’t been able to troubleshoot my way out of it. The issue doesn’t lie with my provider or the NBN. The secondary issue is that the Mi Home app is in Chinese!
