We've had fttp installed at home. The modem isn't connecting to the network. The modem is an Asus DSL AX 82U. ISP is Iinet.

We will need TeamViewer access to check everything is working. Send photos after completion. Old unit is a D7000 nighthawk that kept having drop outs so wanted to replace it with Asus DSL-AX82U but haven't had any luck during configuration to get the internet work even when in modem/router set mode. Tv & cameras won’t connect to new router (dlink dsl-4320L) mb phones/tablets/pc are ok. Tv works with land cable but not wifi, can’t get uniden cameras connected either. All products worked with modern TPG provided before upgrade router other day

New modem from Optus, (Arcady) required because old modem speed was poor (Sagemcom about 4 years old). Have tried Optus technicians (4) they even supplied another modem & brought one from JB Hi-FI still did not recognise the items listed below. Ring door bell OK, Smart TV OK, Internet OK, however cannot get printer (Cannon MG3660) Outside Camera (Tapo 310) & Fusion solar app. All these devices worked on old modem, I have even tried guest Wi-Fi on modem (Optus advise) still did not work
