Find a professional floor screeder in Blacktown

Looking for an experienced screeder or tiler to install a screed on my first-floor balcony (approx. 18 m²). The screed will be applied over an existing waterproofing layer (Bostik Dampfix Gold system), so care must be taken not to damage the membrane. Job details: • Location: Minchinbury NSW (easy access through house) • Substrate: James Hardie Secura™ Exterior Flooring (waterproofed) • Screed thickness: Nominal 30 mm (20–40 mm range to achieve falls) • Falls requirement: Minimum 1:100 (1 %) toward the balcony drain in accordance with AS 4654.2 and NCC requirements. Where possible, maintain a uniform fall towards two drainage points; ensure no ponding or backfall. • Screed type: Either • Option A: Bostik Ultra Level Screed C310 (rapid-set polymer) • Option B: Conventional sand–cement screed (4 : 1 mix) • Materials: All supplied (bags, primer, etc.) • Contractor to supply: mixing gear, screed bars, straight-edges, trowels, spirit level/laser level, buckets, and PPE. • Finish: Dense, smooth surface ready for above-screed waterproofing and tiling. • Expected duration: 1 day. The job involves preping the existing concrete, and applying the sand and cement (4:1 ratio) as a level layer (40mm - 50mm). The area is approx. 20 squares. Material and labour

I need a person with send/cement screeding experience. Total area is about 25 square metre concrete floor, that needs to raise the floor atleast 10 cm to level. I will provide the material like send/cement but you need to bring your own tools require to do this job such as the screeders, levels etc. I will be available to help you or you can bring one person to help. See the pictures of the existing floor. I will remove all the stuff that you see in the pictures before the job. I am willing to pay $300 to complete the job. Thanks.
