Needing 55sqm approx second floor of our townhouse levelled between 20-22nd of July. It will be over tiles and mdf.

Screed shower floor and ensuite floor.

Underlay and waterproof will be done. Need floor screeded. 6.2sqm is floor size

We need someone to screed the bathroom floor in preparation for waterproofing and tiling. The screed should incorporate the 1:100 falls required for the waterproofing. Floor space is approx 5.2m2 concrete slab that will ultimately have 600mmx600mm stone tiles. The floor layout is rectangular with two inset corners at the door end. We have Davco 133, 124 ultraprime and 751 Lankotex here waiting. The finished screed + tiles needs to be 40mm at the doorway and toilet waste outlet (it can be less but shouldn’t exceed 40. It can exceed 40mm at the bath end). The floor waste is offset from the centre of the floor and we have a 1m 25mm deep linear drain to go in (which will end up flush with the tiles) When the waste is laid in place, the distance from the door to the edge of the grate is 720mm, 1090 from the back wall and 770mm on the left, 920mm on the right. As the waterproofing is going over the screed, the screed will need to fall short of the drain creating a trough for the drain (see attached) that will be filled in after waterproofing. Price is for labour - we have most of the materials and can get anything we don’t. Note - picture of floor. Villaboard will be in the remaining walls before floor.
