Existing Timber floor needs to be levelled using Floor Leveller compound/liquid. The floor will be prepared for carpet installation Or Floorboards on top. There are 5 small to medium sized bedrooms and a small corridor. Material can be provided by us. You can quote Labor part

Screed and tile a laundry with French pattern tiles 4 sizes and room is 5.5sqm with no waste

The concrete slab in my unit needs to be leveled with screeding and finished to prepare for hybrid flooring installation. the area to be levelled is 30sqm covering the living and kitchen areas. The area has a difference of 40mm between the highest and lowest point in one of the corners and 10mm difference on the opposite corner, please see image attached for clarity. On average I calculate about 20mm topping. The surface is clean and ready for screeding.

I need a tiler to screed and tile to match the existing level. 16 square meter section. Tiles provided. The current tiles are in a diamond pattern with a broader. Tile are 305x305 boarder 200x400 The person will need to remove some of the existing half diamond tiles to continue the pattern. You will need to provide sand/cement/chicken wire glue grout and labour. Please note. The boarder tiles are pacer size which means the level of the screed will need to be different. I am renovating my bathroom, and need a tiler to-do the screed and tiling work. All tiles are ready to go and the bathroom will be waterproofed. There is about 7m2 of floor tile, 17m2 of wall tile. I want 2100mm high in the shower, 1200mm everywhere else besides cupboard and WC, which will be a skirt tile.

Screeding and tiling of area equal to 4x2 meter square. The job requires approx 27 tiles ( 60x60) for the area. Tiles have been purchased, you will have to bring screeding and other tiling materials. These are outdoor tiles.
