The concrete slab in my unit needs to be leveled with screeding and finished to prepare for hybrid flooring installation. the area to be levelled is 30sqm covering the living and kitchen areas. The area has a difference of 40mm between the highest and lowest point in one of the corners and 10mm difference on the opposite corner, please see image attached for clarity. On average I calculate about 20mm topping. The surface is clean and ready for screeding.

Floor area to be prepared is 60sqm, floor plan is attached. Screeding a hall way for preparation of laying tiles. This area is approx 18 square metres. Then tiling of approx 70sqm French pattern. Tiling will go on top of existing tiles and vinyl and newly screed area. - Due date: Before Wednesday, 30 November 2022

Screed and tile a bathroom of 5.45m2 and and ensuite of 3.45m2. Total of 8.8m2 with 200x200 tiles layed in a 4 tile pattern. Followed by grouting.
