Require a licensed electrician to supply and install interconnected photoelectric smoke alarms in our property. The property consists of a 3-bedroom double storey house with two small living spaces (plus an extra room that was used as a bedroom). Also, require a Queensland govt. compliance certificate as our property has been sold (settlement date is in mid March). A floor plan of the property showing room dimensions etc is attached.

Replace the existing 4 smoke alarms with AS3786:2014-compliant alarm devices and provide a compliance certificate. The only reason for replacing these alarm devices is that the "No Paint" label is not visible. You need to supply 4 alarm devices. Or i will provide 4 devices and need to install and setup for $180

Replace 3 existing ceiling fans with 3 new ones,(in bedroom, family room & kitchen) which we have purchased. Plus another new ceiling fan in lounge to replace a light fitting in lounge room. Also need 5 smoke alarms to be provided and installed (Clipsal). Provide & install 1 Dimmer switch to replace old one in bedroom. Maybe one outside spotlight as well, as the spotlight casing has broken near the laundry door.
