Installation of 2 new plug points.

All sockets/switches and lights will be supplied.

About 4 lights are having issues (either flickering or not getting power). I doubt that maybe because the light switches got old and need replacement. It can be something else also. I need an electrician to check and fix/replace.

Living and dining room fans only go high speed or barely at all. The living room fan nozzle is stuck so needs replacing Flexible with time. Getting it done in the next week would be ideal

Install vent for kitchen exhaust and additional 4 electrical sockets in different rooms. One of the socket needs TV input as well.

3 x light switches not working

Change over 2 new ceiling fans (i have new fans) plus a double gpo and tidy up wall switches with new fan control/s.

I’ve got a ceiling fan that needs 2 switches rewired, one switch is the fan, one switch is the light on the fan. Very simple 5 minute job

I will supply the range hood for you to install. You will supply and install eight light fixtures in the ceiling. All existing bayonet socket globes function and do not require changing however, the fittings are cracked and lack glass covers, so they need to be replaced. Two of the ceiling fans have lights and these fittings require only the glass covers to be replaced. This work will be conducted after the ceiling is repainted next week.
