We have 2 lights in or hallway, one in our bathroom and two above our dining table. So there are five lights in total but we only need the dimmers on 3 switches for these areas. The lights are too bright and you can’t get wattage low enough these days for my liking haha

The current tenants are complaining that the switch from the bathroom doesn't work, and that 2 or 3 others are about to stop working. I need to have 2 x off power points and a stove switch replaced. I have already bought the replacement points and switch, and need a licensed electrician to install them.

As per photos, remove existing ceiling light in bathroom and install tastic 3 in 1 heat, fan, light with switches. Tastic and switched supplied. Just need electrician for labour and to supply any new cables as needed. Can discuss best placement in person.
