Install approx 24m2 of sound proofing foam on walls as per attached images. All sound proofing foam, glue and double sided tape is provided. All areas are accesible by small ladder which is also provided. Some cutting of the foam will be required to fit neatly. I'm looking for someone who has good ttention to detial so it looks neat and performs well.

I live in Toowong in a 4 bedroom house. It’s a raised Queenslander built in the mid 1900s. We have double glazed sound proofed windows installed already, VJ walls, high ceilings, and noises from our neighbors (talking at night on their decks) still seems to creep into our bedroom and I can hear it. Our floors are single layer polished timber, and our walls are poorly insulated and I’m looking for solutions to block out more noise. I have some metal plantation shutters in my rental house that block zero noise from the busy street outside. I'm looking for some sound deadening/blocking products to be installed. The shutters are 750mm wide, 125mm deep and 4602mm (ish) long; it's a two story townhouse. As it's a rental my budget isn't huge and I need something removable. Was thinking along the lines of SoundScreen or Eathwool batts, some ultra dense foam panels or loaded vinyl. Hoping to spend between $200 and $400 including materials and installation.
