We’re installing sound proofing in our cinema room in our office and need extra hands to install it with our head builder. Any tradesman welcome. Working with insulation so will need a long sleeve shirt. Estimate is 6 hours work.

I need possibly a new door or I need my room soundproofed from the other parts of the house.

Hi, I have a noisy shower from the bathroom adjacent to my bedroom, plumber said when they built it they didn’t put insulation. Is there a way I can insulate the wall in the picture please and how much am I looking at? It’s the wall on the right, 4.4 metres, next to the shower. I have since then close the ensuite door with plaster. Thank you!

I would like sound proofing added to a downstairs office on the ceiling. I can supply the soundproofing material (but open to advice on this). The room is a large office - about 3m * 4.8m. The ceiling is the floorboards from upstairs.

Install approx 24m2 of sound proofing foam on walls as per attached images. All sound proofing foam, glue and double sided tape is provided. All areas are accesible by small ladder which is also provided. Some cutting of the foam will be required to fit neatly. I'm looking for someone who has good ttention to detial so it looks neat and performs well.

I wish to soundproof an internal wall. Fixing soundproof boards/acoustic to the wall. I do not want to have to rip off the plaster etc. was thinking about something to add to the wall like boards. I have done one side which has helped - fixed extra boards. But want something better for the other side. Thanks

Would like someone with experience in soundproofing or noise insulation installation to provide advice and a rough quote. If happy I would would like to proceed as soon as possible. Situation is it’s a massage clinic, and I want to block noise from the hairdressers in another room.
