Things you might like to know: * There is a very little ramp (no wider than ~20cm) from walk way in front of shower and toilet into bedroom. * We were thinking of carpeting the bedroom area but would like it included for now in the quote for tiling. If you can do carpet and quote for that then we would be stoked! * Existing concrete slab in pretty good nick - it's been like this since we have moved in. Not sure if it needs some levelling - doesn't feel like it under foot. But we aren't tiling experts! * We have 13 full boxes of tiles left over plus a BUNCH of good sized offcuts from a previous tiling job that we want to use but don't have glue or grout etc. The tile size is 600mmx600mm. See photo for tiles. We've attached some photos of the space - we currently have a tenant in here and they have thrown down random floor rugs or coverings but none of them are glued down. They are due to move out February and we will clear the space ready to go post their exit. And we are keen to do this job ASAP after that. TIA for your consideration in doing this job for us.

Small toilet area and small kitchen area ( floor )

We are tossing up tiling our dining room or replacing the carpet. We have matching ceramic tiles here (25cm x 25cm from Italy) - enough to cover the 4.3m x 4.36m area. The tiles would match the kitchen and family room tiles shown in the last pic. Floor is radiata pine. I am available to help you move tiles, sponge grout etc.

Total length of footpaths approx 9 metres for 2 houses, 4 metres 1 house and 5 metres for other house. Width of the pathway is the width of one tile. The tiles would be like stepping stones and I will have mulch between and for the rest of the yard. I've attached a picture of what I have in mind. I haven't bought tiles but I have chosen some.

Disconnect and remove existing above bench porcelain basin. Install and silicone down new basin which is the same as the one being replaced. Install plug and washer to basin. Connect new basinto drainage and caulk. Remove all waste from site.

Remove splash back tiles. Needs to be done tomorrow as gyprock is coming on Friday to patch. I have already started to remove them but do not have time to do it all myself. Most are coming off easy with paint scraper & hammer. Want to avoid as much damage as possible so the gyprocker can do a quick patch & not replace the entire gyprock

Need a tiler to finish off splashback to kitchen and add more tiles to existing splashback In laundry about 5-6m2 white subway tiles and grout once finished.

We need 3x kitchen splashbacks installed in a small 2-bedroom unit kitchen (3 walls). The first wall is 1910mm wide Second wall is 2170 wide (with a cut-out section of 1510mm + 2 powerpoint cutouts) Third wall is 1580 wide. Height for all three is min 330mm and max 750mm (TBC). I have attached an image to give you an idea of the layout. We haven't purchased the splashback yet (it is for a sale so we want to get a cheap option that looks nice) but we are thinking of single panels e.g. laminate or acrylic rather than individual tiles. (also open to guidance on where to buy the materials). We also need the pieces to be cut accordingly including powerpoint cuts as above. My husband is a tradie (another specialty) and while we want to get a professional to do this job, he is available to assist where needed while installing. Thanks for your consideration Alexi

Hi, We have a kitchen that currently has a glass splashback installed with stick on tiles. We are hoping to replace this with tiles. The total area is 4.533m2, consisting of three sections. We already have the tiles and can supply the grout and glue/adhesive. The glass splashback will need to be removed. If the sheets behind aren’t in good condition will look to install villa board (likely only need two sheets in total 2400/1800 by 1200 - these will be around $80 at bunnings which can be added to the fee. Hi…….I don’t have the tools, skills or experience to attach a hanging unresolved rack and magnetic knife block to our new full wall kitchen splashback so hoping to find someone who can. The tiled wall was only completed a week ago so I need someone with experience to attach the fittings. I don’t have screws for the copper rail but can grab some if you recommend anything in particular.
