We’re having a dinner party for my husband birthday and need help from chef / cook to man the smoker, bbq grill some meat and make 4 sides. Texas-style including brisket which we will prepare and place in smoker before you get there, smoked sausages, grilled chicken thigh, sides are Mac n cheese, beans, corn bread, coleslaw. Just need help finishing the cook, you will make the sides and then serve/carve up for guests at dinner time. 6 hours approx. 1.30pm start. Dinner served at 6pm ish. We provide everything. location Flinders Park 5025. 18-20 guests. So my husband can enjoy his own event. Stay for dinner and drinks afterwards if you’re enjoying yourself!
