One of the alfresco tile is broken. 600mmx600mm ceramic. We have spares so no need to match and provide. I believe the edge requires trimming to fit with the post. We provide the spare tile, just need your skills, primer, adhesive, gapping, grouting, trimming tools for the new tile to replace. The broken tile is already loose and easy to remove.

Our tile floor has a dodgy seal on it that needs scraping off. With the scraper we supply, the seal comes off quickly, 4-5 hours. $300

Shower base need to be regrouted. Inherited from the old owners. Size of the base is 1.5x.8 Tile size 450x450 Pictures attached for reference. Half of it is in perfect condition and half is really bad.

Looking to regrout shower by removing all existing grout and replacing with new grout. There was a do-it-yourself attempt back in 2022 to grout the bottom section, but was not great. Happy to accept quotes for this job.
