My shower recess is old and tired. Needs regrouting and recaulking. Remove old grout and silcone and regrout and recaulk. Two sides of the shower are tiled.

Balcony tiles have leeched lime from the grout. A chemical maybe required to clean. Also seeking a treatment to prevent grout from leeching further lime.

I have a tiny 2 m by 1 m bathroom that needs a shower and wall tiles. It is just an empty room with plumbing so I am looking at the best way to create the shower using a tile over shpwer trat perhaps as its such a small space.I need someone who knows the options for waterproofing and tiling showers including tiling tile over shower trays . The pay rate is negotIable but I need someone a bit creative and flexible who can advise me about what will work best in a tiny space like this.

I need someone to tile a small area of concrete floor (see first photo). Space has been left to allow for a 10mm thick tile. The area needs to be flush with the wooden floor.
