Find an experienced builder in Thornbury

Have some water damage in three rooms. Need a scope of works with a cost breakdown for each section of work. Need an initial site inspection but bulk of work can be done offsite. Only three rooms are affected. - Due date: Needs to be done on Monday, 28 November 2022

Hi guys, just checking if anyone has capacity and skills to build a small enclosed garage attached to an existing house and against our neighbours brick garage. Attached is a photo which shows the space. We'll need a new foundation, rollerdoor and tin roof. Will need help and advice with permits, drainage and all that's required.

Hi guys, We are just doing a simple kitchen Reno. It's in an old house extension. In a wall cavity there is a couple of studs, which I initially thought weren't baring any load. Now that we have removed the surrounds, we want to be sure and have a pro look at it, give it the go ahead to remove or maybe install a lintel. As you can see from the pics, it's old hardwood. But there isn't a lot above the wall, ie: reasonable flat corrigated iron. Should be pretty straight forward. Cheers

Removing small wall in ground floor flat to open out kitchen. I have an engineers drawings and a builder lined up to replace wall with columns and beam - my surveyor is requesting 'proper drawings' to apply for permit (Plans for construction must include: (A) proper drawings showing floor level, elevations, sections, dimensions and the sizes and locations of structural members;(B) specifications describing materials and methods to be used in the alteration; and (C) allotment plan.) I have original council building plans. Seeking someone to draw plans ASAP. Thanks! Alison

Removing load bearing wall from GF flat (1970s, brick/concrete) in Thornbury to open up kitchen. Have new engineer drawings, original council plans and registered builder lined up all I need is the permit (ASAP).
