Need squeaky timber floorboards fixed before carpet installation. Ideally before 11th April.

Area of timber laminate floor boards are bulging, probably due to moisture or heat? Need to remove floor boards and locate and fix the problem, then relay the floor boards.

Existing varnished pine boards to be rebuffed with one board requiring refixing (only slightly loose) and one area of approx 1.5m x .40m where a cupboard was removed to be stained from scratch. In good condition just needs a doing over to freshen up. Approx 80m2 in total (ground level)

I need a small section of timber floor repaired. Will need some light sanding on affected areas and a couple of coats of polyurethane to blend in smoothly and evenly to floor. Must bring tools and materials.

Timber deck nails with our screws 5 metre by 4metre by 5 approx. No gaps, sand polish

Carpets of 2 small bedrooms and stairs to be replaced. Bedrooms are furnished and removing and replacing of furniture is included. The floor is timber and some of the timbers are making noise when walking. Fixing them is also included. Other option of changing carpet to laminate flooring or similar is welcomed. I need a tradie who can replace the timber flooring from some of the area of the rooms. The timber flooring is coming off from the corners very near to the doors.

Need to pull up and relay floating timber floor, as concrete slab below needed leveling, was repaired but installer glued a row of boards back down instead of relaying floor. Some skirting boards and scotia will need to be removed in the kitchen and pantry area to relay. I can organise floorboards that are needing to be replaced. While the boards are up would like to have some concrete leveled in the kitchen. (Looks like only a couple of spots)
