Water come from tap, see attached photos. It actually can damage cabinet from time. Look likes really old, I want to change to mixer tap.

There is a water leak coming from under the shower glass. I need it investigated and for a quote to fix it.

My shower head is leaking, and need someone to fix or replace the washer/seal. The issue seems to be minor as the leak is coming from the shower head only, not the pipes. Looking for a reliable handyman or plumber to get this sorted.

Shower tape is leaking, it should be because of the tape, need to remove the rust/fix it

Hi, The valve has come off as shown in the photo. I have the parts but don't know how to put them back. The house was rented before so I don't know if there are missing parts. Toilet upstairs is not flushing normally...water rises and then flushes after a while. Downstairs toilet works normally. - Due date: Flexible

We have an old toilet which is working fine, but there is water constantly running through the pipes as though the toilet is constantly flushing. We have tried to fix this by tightening the tap, and this resolves the issue, but only for it to come back few days later. Now, it doesen't matter how tight you can close the tap, there is still water running through and flushing. The toilet is usually not leaking, but occasionally water leaks out of the tap. I'm not sure if the problem is with the cistern needing replacement, or the pipes itself. Would be great if someone may be free to have a look at it today. Thanks in advance for your time. I'm not sure about the budget, as it depends on the problem, happy to discuss it as required, cheers
