Apartment was poorly treated by tenant and requires some fixes. Kitchen sink water mixer is loose and needs to be tightened/fixed. Ensuite toilet seat has become unhinged. I suspect the blind hinge is broken, the tenant appears to have tried to reattach the whole thing using silicone - see photos.

The toilet seat came off and always sliding when used.

I live in an apartment with a Fontaine toilet attached to the wall. One of the toilet seat hinges has snapped so when I lift or lower the lid, it's off centre and wobbly. I don't have a spare part but could get one from Bunnings - I'm just not totally sure what will be required to fix this. I'm not confident fixing myself. Thank you.

Toilet hinge needs repaired. Can buy replacement hinges if necessary. Hole is 2cm, current metal cap 5.5cm.
