We need to remove a toilet seat. It’s is a top and bottom mount. Wingnut bolt under the seat is stuck on both sides. We require someone to remove the wingnut so we can install the new seat. You may need to break the wingnut. We’ve tried wd40 etc.

The original toilet seat and lid is 25 years old and matches (still ok, blind fixings let go). Help please - two toilet seats. Four Screws/fittings from old seats will not come out. Need someone who has done this kind of thing before. The threading on plastic plugs is gone on three so screws loose but will not come out & one other fitting frozen in place. Old screws now need to be removed somehow so new fittings/seats put in. Please note - There is no other access to the fittings than what you see in pics. Top access only.
