The hinge has rusted through and broken. I'm unsure if just the hinge can be replaced... so it's either that or a whole new toilet seat I need

Hi, we require a toilet seat to be installed. A brand new seat with correct dimensions has been purchased, includes blind fixings. The original toilet seat and lid is 25 years old and matches (still ok, blind fixings let go). We would prefer this to be put back on if it's an option. 2 x blind fixing kits purchased to make it work. Looking to get this done ASAP in Broadbeach Waters

Help please - two toilet seats. Four Screws/fittings from old seats will not come out. Need someone who has done this kind of thing before. The threading on plastic plugs is gone on three so screws loose but will not come out & one other fitting frozen in place. Old screws now need to be removed somehow so new fittings/seats put in. Please note - There is no other access to the fittings than what you see in pics. Top access only.

Small handy man job to change new toilet seat and patch a little dint on the wall.

Need shower door hinges fixed as door is not fully closing. One of the bolts on the toilet seat needs to be tightened as well it’s come loose. I need a bed frame screws tightened as well because it’s a bit squeaky.

Hi, need a handyman for 3 small tasks. 1. attach new toilet seat (supplied) 2. rehang 2 small cupboard doors onto Ikea Kallax shelving unit. I did them myself and they look funny 3. glue new mirror onto old mirror in bathroom. I have liquid nails already if you want to use that. The mirror will fit perfectly onto the wall over the current mirror I don't know how much you charge, so have chosen a random figure to start from.
