Please make your offer on the price. We are completing a Bathroom renovation and we require a renderer and tilier. These may be different people but if in one this is preferred.

We are looking for a tradesperson to supply and install approx. 18m steel balustrade on a concrete garage roof in Bondi.

Prepare wall before painter comes to patch some small holes and marks where pipes have been removed, scrape off loose paint and fill small holes. Total area adding up all small holes / cracks approx 1m. Need to prep / fill with render Tuesday for painter to paint on Wednesday. One large hole is approx 25cm x 25cm as shown.

- Exterior patchwork to front, side and rear of house around windows - Render custom bench seating area

New peak metal stair outdoor balestrade .. requires three posts put into base . Two put into besserblock and one sandstone . And joining clips to railing . Only Small area . Already put together .

Small brick pillar needs rendering and area under window sill requires packing render and prep a portion for marble. - Due date: Flexible

1)Re-render portion of exterior wall beside a sloping entry to an interior garage in a block of flats. Wall has stains from previous water leak. Water leak solved. Part of wall base now needs waterproof coating and new render. 2) Remove drummy and/or damaged plaster from part of interior stairwell. Need a balustrade repaired/anchor points moved. I had the balustrade installed and it’s into gyprock.. yesterday I slipped and fell down the stairs and grabbing the balustrade stopped me from falling all the way down them.. however I’m doing so I damaged the balustrade by essentially indenting it into the gyprock and making it wobbly. I need someone to move the joints/anchor points (not sure what they are called- photos attached) to another spot on the wall. Added bonus if you can also patch gyprock.. gyprock can wait though, but re-securing the balustrade is urgent. Thanks - Due date: Before Friday, 23 December 2022
