I have previously sikkens the front verandah and not re-coated it in time. It now requires a light sand to remove the deteriorated sikkens product. The verandah area is about 19 square meters. I am only after a price to sand the deck.

Looking for a handyman to fix a dent in my wall that has created a small tear at the bottom. It’s not a hole, but the wall has been pushed in, leaving a visible gap. The wall isn’t concrete—it’s some kind of board (not sure of the exact type). The job involves making the dented area flat so it blends with the rest of the wall, matching the paint at Bunnings, and repainting it with the same technique. The damaged area is about 8cm x 10cm. This is a rental, so the repair needs to be done properly for my bond return. Please let me know if you have experience with similar repairs.

I need assistance hanging a stasdock bicycle rack on a drywall in the living room. The rack will need to be reinforced somehow on the dry wall studs.

Looking for a qualified carpenter with all the tools required to remove old balustrades and supply and install new outdoor deck balustrades (handrail, lower rail and balusters) with following dimensions. Handrail lengths: - 1x 1.7 m - 1x 1.71 m - 1x 1.48 m - 1x 1.36 m Baluster dimension: 82 cm x 6.2 cm x 2 cm 2 existing posts need to be cut and/or sanded down to be level with the top of the handrails. The handrails need to be level and top of the handrail should be flat as we are installing aluminium shutters directly on top of the handrails. No painting is required for this job, but the baluster cut ends including nail heads should be primed / sealed to avoid the balusters and lower rails from rotting. Job required to be done to a professional finish.

Hi, given that Brisbane seems to have stopped, I thought it would be a great time to see if someone wants to do a relatively small rendering job in my kitchen. I need a the inside of a water damaged window repaired. The size of the window is 1470 high x 1200 wide. Plus finish off the 50mm above the window to the ceiling with a square set finish, and about 300 in along the wall to the right of the window…see photos attached. Ideally it would be great to get this done before the kitchen installation continues on Tuesday. Please provide a quote. Cheers!

We have metal frame awnings fixed to the external of the buildings (5 townhouse). 1 has fallen off - due to inadequate fixing of the top rail. Need one awning on the first storey refixed (new batten screws), and the second top rail refixed. General check of all remaining 20 odd awnings also required.

Needing a piece of plywood cut to 1600mmx990mm with a cutout centred towards the bottom fitting the exhaust vent. From there hook and loop tape to attach it to the window frame. 2 walls need plaster filling/leveling in specific areas and then painted. Whole room (walls only) will need to be painted 2 coats, paint and plaster fill will be supplied. Timber coat hook was removed from wall for painting. Now needs to be re-screwed into a rendered brick wall. Two screws only but believe would need plug etc.
