We have four wooden fence posts that are losing the tiles that were decorating them. We need the 4 posts rendered. First photos are what our posts look like and second photos are an example of the rendering we’d like done (obviously the wall in the example photos is a lot larger than what we need done)

Pick up and install a retractable screen on my balcony. Awning will need to be collected from Newstead Bunnings. May need bigger anchors than included with the awning for increased strength. Will have to drill into very hard concrete slab to anchor awning.

2 walls need plaster filling/leveling in specific areas and then painted. Whole room (walls only) will need to be painted 2 coats, paint and plaster fill will be supplied. Please quote for plaster job and painting separately as they might need to be done in 2 phases due to drying/setting time. You will need to bring painting gear rollers/brushes etc and floor coverings to protect the carpets. Please send through price you world charge for the work!

The fence render needs to be cleaned up and smoothed out. We have the render materials. You will need to bring the equipment.

Handrail and balustrade painting. Please see the pictures for a detailed look at the job. I have circled the areas to paint in blue and have put a red cross through those that don’t need to be quoted on. The following areas need to be painted: • Handrail and bottom rail x 6 (9L/m) • Balustrades x 75 • Posts x 6 (12.6L/m) • 2 lengths of fascia (3.9l/m) • 2 doors All areas are to be painted white except the handrail which is black. All timber has an undercoat on it and requires a minimum of 2 top coats. The stair treads have been oiled so it is really important to avoid dropping paint on them. The holes for the nails and screws will need to be filled prior to painting. Check the pictures for details. Please allow for an extra hour of labour to cover any extra prep work not listed here. I would love to have this task completed by the end of Friday this week if possible. I need a great builder/carpenter to build a rendered arch that sits on an external wall. I need all the frame work to be done for a stone finish. Around 1800mm in height x 2300mm diameter x 100mm in width. First photo attached is the space. the second is inspiration and the third shows the shape (ignore the fact it’s a bedhead).

Rendered walls need washing and painting light colour prior to new landscaping and planting. Paint (surf mist)supplied, you need to supply other equipment. Refer to photos - blue painted walls

Have some small areas of render that have come off a retaining wall (see pics). Render was bagged on with hessian, so just need those bits with the bricks exposed on the corner covered up and blended in as close as possible to existing render.

Hi! We were repairing a paint bubble on the wall and it turned out to be a concrete cancer. The area is approx 1m2. I’ve chipped out the drummy loose concrete back to a sound surface. Added epoxy and dowel pins and filled the majority of the hole with HB70. I need someone to come in and render the wall to make it look smooth again.

I’m looking for someone to render some remaining blockwork at our renovation. Standard paintable finish on blocks shown in pics
