Need help installing a retractable awning to the roof of house. Ideally someone who has experience installing brackets or similar onto roofs. I have already purchased the awning and have found appropriate brackets to complete the job, but I need an experienced builder or handyman to install the bracket onto to the roof. 2 walls need plaster filling/leveling in specific areas and then painted. Whole room (walls only) will need to be painted 2 coats, paint and plaster fill will be supplied. Please quote for plaster job and painting separately as they might need to be done in 2 phases due to drying/setting time. Timber coat hook was removed from wall for painting. Now needs to be re-screwed into a rendered brick wall. Two screws only but believe would need plug etc.
