Rendering a wall (small area) in my back garden.

I need some blockwork rendered, about 17sqm

In an apartment building on the 13th floor. I’m wanting to install a portable AC vent into a casement/ awning window that opens outwards. Needing a piece of plywood cut to 1600mmx990mm with a cutout centred towards the bottom fitting the exhaust vent. From there hook and loop tape to attach it to the window frame. Really only needing the plywood collected, cut to size, vent cut out and delivered. Open to negotiations Thank you

Others are rotting at the bottom where they contact the bottom rail probably because the ends were not primed properly). Cut off top of balustrade posts to indicated mark. Rendering the outside of house

Repair hole in drywall,gyprock, plasterboard and paint to matching colour.

The back verandah steps down to the garden only have a banister on one side, leaving the other side exposed. This is dangerous and not to code. I need to have the other banister installed in such a way as to match the rest of the staircase. Building is a queenslander and the staircase is timber.

2 walls need plaster filling/leveling in specific areas and then painted. Whole room (walls only) will need to be painted 2 coats, paint and plaster fill will be supplied. Please quote for plaster job and painting separately as they might need to be done in 2 phases due to drying/setting time. Timber coat hook was removed from wall for painting. Now needs to be re-screwed into a rendered brick wall. Two screws only but believe would need plug etc.

Rendered walls need washing and painting light colour prior to new landscaping and planting. Paint (surf mist)supplied, you need to supply other equipment. Refer to photos - blue painted walls
