Looking to have someone help me remove my old tile splashback and make the wall behind it smooth so that I can tile/repaint. I’m pretty sure the existing wall is a brick wall which has been cemented and painted over, not gyproc, so the wall won’t be ripped out with the tiles.

During heavy rain, water will start dripping from gutter in 2-3 spots. Possible that the back section of the gutter as shown in blue circle is full with leaves and debris but there is no way to access that section without taking apart the verandah roof sheeting. Need someone to investigate source of leak and to fix the issue. Verandah gutter may need to be cleared.

I have 2 of these units already assembled ready for install. 1.5m wide by 1.0m and need to be installed into the walls above door, there are 2 doors. I will be there to assist installation onto the wall to make it easier to bolt to wall

We have a hole on a drywall in our rental unit that needs to be patched. Its a white drywall with around 10-12cm width and 5-7cm height coverage area. We accidently caused the damage as we opened the door to our unit one day. We need a complete repair including painting that small area as well to match the color of the rest of the drywall. Need to patching up the shower space after a leak fix. Three walls in the shower space need proper patching, rendering, waterproofing, and tile up. Floor and wall tiles would be supplied. Open to shape change such as adding a step at the corner, as long the waterproofing will be solid for the shower. Epoxy grout will be supplied too. One bedroom wall behind the shower needs some quick render due to the damage during the leak analysis. No paint needed.
