Hi there! I don't have the correct tools for this job, but needing someone to screw the 3 brackets in above my blinds. It's a rendered wall so therefore requires a special drill/parts

Handyman tasks : We have a series of handyman jobs that need to be completed. - The biggest job is a short length of brickwork that needs to be rendered on a balcony. (see image). Looking for someone with experience rendering due to the design of the brick this may be a more challenging task. - The second is a gap along the length of the underside of a windowsill needs to be filled. This is largely to stop any airflow coming through or heating going out. - A stair-rod has fallen off and needs to re-affixed (see image appears was applied with liquid nails type adhesive) - A metal steel plate needs to be re-affixed onto an internal door. Will need to provide all own tools and equipment for works & please provide past examples of work if applicable. The main task is the brickwork rendering so this would be the priority.. Happy to negotiate on price.

Need an experienced tradesmen to repair bare brick wall with villaboard and or render. It will be in the kitchen with exposed brick dimensions of 1900×1500 on left (longest length) and back wall 2000 x 1700. I'm looking for cheapest option. The area below bench height doesn't need render but if the cost difference isn't much then I'll get it done. I also have some spare villaboard to work with 500x1600 and 900x1200 please consider into quote if you choose to use villaboard for the job. The kitchen image is a design to take into account where tiling and cabinets will be. There are two flights stairs at my apartment. Preferably done this week.

The existing render on our chimney is starting to disintegrate. The chimney is not in use and has been sealed closed. The job would involve supplying and applying the render. Render colour to be selected to best match with the grey colour of the house patch. The vast majority of the chimney can have the new render go directly over the existing render. There is one small section of render that is falling away and needs to be removed. We would like someone to build built in wardrobes for our house. We live in a Victorian terrace which has space on either side of what was a fireplace (now a protruding wall). Roughly, the dimensions are: 91.5cm (w) x 40 cm (d) and 260 cm (h). I am after a matt white style, no gloss. I can buy the door handles I would like from Ikea. I have included two images from the ikea cupboard generator which shows generally what we would like. I have also drawn something that is a bit more specific. As the cupboards will protrude, I would like to connect them with a few shelves (as a bookshelf), in a wood (maybe 3 shelves).
