Some floor panels need replacing and or better alignment (replica wood on concrete), sanding of wood shelf ends, installation of skirting at base of kitchen units, restoration of front door frame at base, possibly putting up some blinds and small handyman jobs around the apartment.

1) Remove and store panel lift door and fittings on site. Allow to reinstate all, on completion of repairs. 2) Remove inside cornice from front wall of garage, carefully remove all front parapet bricks between piers, allow to prop up garage ceiling, refix steel lintel, back to original position. 3) Supply and lay closest matching bricks above lintel, between piers and approx 7-8 courses high, allow to acid wash newly laid bricks when set. 4) Remove, store and refit alarm box on front wall. 5) Prepare and re-render new bricks, underside of lintel, all to closest render match. Renew internal cornice. 6) Remove temporary props internally, reinstate panel lift door and fittings. 7) Prepare and paint front facade of garage, corner to corner, all to closest match. Patch and paint cornice and garage ceiling. 8) Refix alarm box to front, remove all debris from site. * Allow to install temporary fence panels across garage opening when panel lift door is removed. * No access to garage during repairs. * Render texture, and paint colours to be closest match.
