Hi there We have two projects that we like to get done by someone with remedial building experience. 01. Fix and re-render wall The right hand side wall of our archway has a some damage to it that we would like to get fixed. Please include the re-render od this part of the wall. (Photo 01-04) You will need to supply all materials 02.Re-render concrete poles of carport. The concrete poles of our carport have been rendered and finished in a really poorly way. We would like to get this done properly with an acrylic based render going over the existing colour. There are four poles in total. (Photo 05-07) The photographs only show three, but they are all of similar size and shape. You will need to supply all materials. We will paint over these afterwards. Electric awning hasn’t worked since we moved in- looks like it’s in good condition so hoping straightforward fix. See attached for photos of awning plus remote control which has a new battery but still not turning on. Will pay extra for any parts required. Thanks, Michelle - Due date: Flexible
