Find an experienced handyman in Kingsford

We need someone who’s had experience installing home gym equipments and machines in the past, preferably SmartFit, but open to other experiences. - half complete (husband did try!) - manual available, but doesn’t seem to be useful (but maybe that’s just him) - all parts should be available (he blamed part unavailability) - home gym has power rack machine with attachment - it also has a multifunction bench which needs to be installed - brand is SmartFit M1 multifunctional training smith machine -

I need a few things done around the home. 1. Hang a mirror on top of a sink in the bathroom with screws 2. Hang one or two small shelves to the wall above the toilet sink (haven’t decided yet if just one or two will do but they are quite small shelves) 3. Install a TV wall mount to the wall 4. Set up an IKEA tv unit. 5. Move the current TV unit and tv to clear some space Please note you may need to take shoes and socks off in some areas of the home (for the TV wall mount and setting up the TV unit).

Fix sliding shower door The piece along the bottom of the shower door has fallen off and the shower no longer slides. Given the age, it probably makes sense to replace the rollers on the top as well as the metal connection at the bottom of the two movable glass panes.

Regrout Shower The grouting along the drain seems to be breaking up. I imagine it makes sense to regrout the entire shower floor while the job is being done so that the grout is all the same colour. The job includes resiliconing the gap under the shower door and well as silicone the gap between the two walls - this needs to be done in the shower as well as two other walls in the bathroom

Glass is cracked as in picture. Need it repaired or replaced before we move out of our rental house. I think the railing can be removed but not sure.

Moving out of rental and need to repair a few chips on the walls (pictured). Also one cupboard door has a small hole in it that also needs to be fixed (also pictured). Need this done before the 14th.

Hang 3 pictures. Two in one room and one in another. Gyprock walls with one wall having brick behind.

Need a sliding door railing replaced. I have bought a new one from Bunnings
