There is a damaged brick pier which I will be rebuilding. I need a renderer to render it once brickwork is completed. I have attached photos of the fence. It is the entrance gate pier and a small section past it. There is also about 3 very fine hairline cracks in other parts of the fence which I will need patched. You won't need any colour as the whole fence will be painted after rendering. I need someone who will do a good job and also someone who makes sure they do a nice clean job including taking away any of their rubbish. There will be access to power and water if needed. Job will be ready to go in about 1 week or so

Damaged rendering on external garage beam due to car hitting it. No structural impact from what I can tell, but there is mesh/metal wiring that is bent that may need to be cut out of the way or replaced. Not sure on the type of render, but I think it’s some type of acrylic.

We are having trouble getting our bond back and believe these should be fair wear and tear but would like to explore getting them repaired. Hello, Looking for a trade who has previously measured and fitted existing doors or windows to measure a door cavity. We will be fitting a aluminium door into the cavity and need to have it professionally measured and eventually fitted within 30 to 50 days. Handy person required to take down 3 awnings ( 2 front of property and 1 out the back ) including brackets and a fly screen door. Single story home. Awnings, brackets and fly screen door can be placed out the front for hard rubbish next week. Must be professional and have your own tools to carry out the job. Photos attached.
