We’ve an awning built in our patio and there is a crack /gap at the point where it’s gutter drain pipe meets the awning. Need someone to repair/fix the gap Photos attached

I need a pivot arm awning installed over the dog door on side of house (wood exterior but frame of house is steel). I have the awning.

Require some patching/mending of missing areas of render around outside patio, following removal of old structure. Less than 1m square total area (approx 8m length x ~5cm). Should include supply of render, or advice on what to pre-purchase. No painting or colour matching required, but open to offers.

Have removed dirt from front of home and need the bottom part of home rendered

Replace two internal doors (light weight) hinges in good working order. Patch/fix wall, diameter of rockmelon.

we removed a 1.5 x 2.0m section of plasterboard to access pipes. we now need this replaced.. we have a new replacement sheet ready to be used ( or you can bring your own),. but have no tape, putty etc to prepare and fit the sheet back into the wall.

Verandah outdoor blinds childproof

Verandah is approx 8 x 6m. Entire gyprock ceiling has detached from frame. It is currently held up by a prop and the ceiling fan. The gyprock needs to be all pulled down and a new lot put up.

Job for a carpenter (QBCC carpentry license) with experience in building backyard patios/verandas only. Initially only require posts/beams, decking subframe and joists (roof and flooring later potentially c@sh). The entire project is for a backyard verandah and tuffloor balcony attached to a two storey house. Stratco materials, product and engineering plans available (sample pictured). Dates flexible including weekends but the earlier finished the better. Home owner with extensive building experience may be available to help.

Our verandah walls have surface mould (that wipes off) and looking to have it removed/cleaned properly so it doesn't come back. We clean every few months with warm sugar soap water and it wipes off easily, but it eventually comes back

I need an experienced builder or carpenter to help transform a 1.8m x 5.6m raised verandah into an enclosed room and integrate it seamlessly with the rest of my house. The verandah is already at the same floor level as the main house and is structurally strong enough to build upon. This project involves: Demolition: Safely remove an external wall, ensuring structural integrity is maintained. Manage and dispose of all debris (refer to the attached picture). Construction: Build external walls around the verandah, including insulation, plastering, framing, etc. Note: The installation of windows, doors, and breeze blocks is outside the scope of this project.

Attach InstaHut Folding Arm Retractable Awning 2m x 2.5m to brick wall (light weight).
