Verandah outdoor blinds childproof

Verandah is approx 8 x 6m. Entire gyprock ceiling has detached from frame. It is currently held up by a prop and the ceiling fan. The gyprock needs to be all pulled down and a new lot put up.

Job for a carpenter (QBCC carpentry license) with experience in building backyard patios/verandas only. Initially only require posts/beams, decking subframe and joists (roof and flooring later potentially c@sh). The entire project is for a backyard verandah and tuffloor balcony attached to a two storey house. Stratco materials, product and engineering plans available (sample pictured). Dates flexible including weekends but the earlier finished the better. Home owner with extensive building experience may be available to help.

Our verandah walls have surface mould (that wipes off) and looking to have it removed/cleaned properly so it doesn't come back. We clean every few months with warm sugar soap water and it wipes off easily, but it eventually comes back

I need an experienced builder or carpenter to help transform a 1.8m x 5.6m raised verandah into an enclosed room and integrate it seamlessly with the rest of my house. This project involves: Demolition: Safely remove an external wall, ensuring structural integrity is maintained. Manage and dispose of all debris (refer to the attached picture). Construction: Build external walls around the verandah, including insulation, plastering, framing, etc. Note: The installation of windows, doors, and breeze blocks is outside the scope of this project.

I have some colourbond roof sheeting that needs to be cut to size and put in place under a Queenslander verandah. I have the materials just need someone to do it.

Repair awning which is currently damadged

Wanting to put stainless wire balustrade with timber post and handrail on my back balcony. Of course it’s best to see in person so my amount is a guide.

Remove clothes line and metal awnings from brick wall, plus move metal frames to kerb. All can be left on kerb for council pickup.

Recently had an awning installed. Looking to get the wiring connected for the 2 X downlights and ceiling fan. Wiring will need to be run from the lights/fan to the switch. Also looking to get an outdoor GPO installed.

Paint side fence, gate, garden bed render and render along edge of pool and alfresco tiling. One side of fence (including capping) and one side of gate, approximately 16mx1.8m, in two section, mostly lapped and capped. Garden bed render to be painted on front and top edges, approx 24mx0.3m. Patio and pool render one edge only, approx 8mx0.2m and 16mx0.05m. Need 2 coats to all surfaces. We will supply paint, drop sheets and brushes, spraying not an option. Preparing for sale so need extra care taken not to damage plants or get paint on plants and as little as possible on grass. Price negotiable.

After an estimate/quote for rendering brick at the bottom of the house. See photos. Bricks where the stairs are is on a slope. Starts at 1400 heigh through to 1800, width 6200. Corner part is 1800 x 1550 and 1800x1450 Last part is 2000x 720 with 270depth.

I am having 16 lights removed from a masonry wall by an electrician and need the cavities filled and the wall repaired for painting. Need renderer to infill the lights area and repair the wall where necessary

Installed a hose unit years ago. We have just noticed it has completely fallen off the wall. Leaving damage from the drill holes through the blueboard and render. Happy to have the wall repaired, not too concerned with having the hose unit put back up.
