I need 2 x rotted posts taken down and new ones to replace them. The posts have already been ordered.

We are getting the materials of our verandah delivered at end of November and we require an installer to build it. Ideally we would like it done before xmas assuming the materials arrive.

Need ceiling fan installed under my verandah, I have brought the ceiling fan, just need to run cables

65.2 square metres of wooden deck in three sections. Clean and prepare surfaces for oiling. 2 coats of oil required. Nb Trades person needs to have cover sheets to protect freshly oiled deck in case of rain.

remove existing plaster ceiling and conices Install new weather resistant plasterboard to verandah ceiling. Install cornices around edge. Plaster over joins and screws and sand to smooth finish. Main area 5.2m long by 1.55m wide Door alcove 1.55m long by 0.9m wide

Replace wooden floorboards with Ekodeck, balustrade with wood and posts (6) supporting the verandah. Paint balustrade and posts with 3 coats of external paint. Refuse to be taken away and dumped at tip by the builder firm or person undertaking the work. Scaffolding may be required and to be included in the cost quoted. Temporary storing of rubbish to be included on the cost quoted if required. Need a proper builder with a licence number to be verified.Will require a NSW Fair Trading Contract to be signed before starting. Require fair trading warranty.

Have a small area on front verandah riser that needs rendering/ filling in and maybe painting

Fill in one end of verandah with decking boards. Including drilling into brick and steel post.need a list of materials, measurements etc.

Back verandah requires plastic roofing sheets replaced

Provide materials and install a standard colourbond corrugated iron roof 4.950CM long X 1.6M wide A timber deck 4.950CM long X 1.6M wide with a drop to the ground of roughly 1 to 1.5 metres deep. Current step can be utilised and placed to the left of the new deck. I'm open to providing the materials and a getting a quote to do the installation. Wanting this completed between 5th to 21 December.

I need the bottom two stairs replaced on my verandah. No painting required.

Paint bedroom. Small bedroom excluding ceiling. Paint balcony ceiling. External coat is to touch up until major repairs can occur. I will provide paint. Furniture will be moved to centre of room.

Sand and oil(2 coats) small jarrah front verandah, jarrah outdoor setting for 8(square table and four bench seats) and double doors and one side of outdoor shed(merbau). I will supply coating, but I don't have a sander or other equipment. Richmond near Victoria Gardens.
