I have a rotten verandah post that needs to be removed and replaced. 100 x 100 x approx 2800. Has attached both timber and stainless steel cable railing.

Verandah is approx 8 x 6m. Entire gyprock ceiling has detached from frame. It is currently held up by a prop and the ceiling fan. The gyprock needs to be all pulled down and a new lot put up.

Job for a carpenter (QBCC carpentry license) with experience in building backyard patios/verandas only. Initially only require posts/beams, decking subframe and joists (roof and flooring later potentially c@sh). Our verandah walls have surface mould (that wipes off) and looking to have it removed/cleaned properly so it doesn't come back. We clean every few months with warm sugar soap water and it wipes off easily, but it eventually comes back

The back verandah steps down to the garden only have a banister on one side, leaving the other side exposed. This is dangerous and not to code. I need to have the other banister installed in such a way as to match the rest of the staircase. Building is a queenslander and the staircase is timber.

I need someone to remove asbestos from a verandah area ceiling (5.6m x 1.8m) and wall sheeting, including proper disposal.

I need an experienced builder or carpenter to help transform a 1.8m x 5.6m raised verandah into an enclosed room and integrate it seamlessly with the rest of my house. The verandah is already at the same floor level as the main house and is structurally strong enough to build upon. This project involves: Demolition: Safely remove an external wall, ensuring structural integrity is maintained. Manage and dispose of all debris (refer to the attached picture). I have some colourbond roof sheeting that needs to be cut to size and put in place under a Queenslander verandah. I have the materials just need someone to do it.

The back verandah needs sanding and then staining and sealing. The front verandah probably just needs stain/seal.

We need someone to paint our the ceiling of our verandah. It will need to be cleaned before it is painted and the deck protected. We will provide a paint sprayer and paint and any other materials needed. We also have a section of weatherboard on the backside of our home that needs to be painted - only a couple sq m.

We are looking at getting an old deck/verandah repaired that has some rot and deterioration. This includes the handrails and stairs too. We also have a set of stairs out the back that need some repairs to as well. The front deck is approximately 3.5m x 1.5m. We will be repainting so no stain or paint required.
