Fallen tree to be cut up & taken away Repair wooden veranda

The back verandah steps down to the garden only have a banister on one side, leaving the other side exposed. This is dangerous and not to code. I need to have the other banister installed in such a way as to match the rest of the staircase. Building is a queenslander and the staircase is timber.

I need someone to remove asbestos from a verandah area ceiling (5.6m x 1.8m) and wall sheeting, including proper disposal.

I need an experienced builder or carpenter to help transform a 1.8m x 5.6m raised verandah into an enclosed room and integrate it seamlessly with the rest of my house. The verandah is already at the same floor level as the main house and is structurally strong enough to build upon. This project involves: Demolition: Safely remove an external wall, ensuring structural integrity is maintained. Manage and dispose of all debris (refer to the attached picture). Construction: Build external walls around the verandah, including insulation, plastering, framing, etc. Note: The installation of windows, doors, and breeze blocks is outside the scope of this project.

I have some colourbond roof sheeting that needs to be cut to size and put in place under a Queenslander verandah. I have the materials just need someone to do it.

Punch nails, Sand and reseal small verandah (2.5sqm) along with painting the top of the balustrade (which is currently black) to white.

The back verandah needs sanding and then staining and sealing. The front verandah probably just needs stain/seal.

We need someone to paint our the ceiling of our verandah. It will need to be cleaned before it is painted and the deck protected. We will provide a paint sprayer and paint and any other materials needed. We also have a section of weatherboard on the backside of our home that needs to be painted - only a couple sq m.

We are looking at getting an old deck/verandah repaired that has some rot and deterioration. This includes the handrails and stairs too. We also have a set of stairs out the back that need some repairs to as well. The front deck is approximately 3.5m x 1.5m. We will be repainting so no stain or paint required.

Provide materials and install a standard colourbond corrugated iron roof 4.950CM long X 1.6M wide A timber deck 4.950CM long X 1.6M wide with a drop to the ground of roughly 1 to 1.5 metres deep. Current step can be utilised and placed to the left of the new deck. I'm open to providing the materials and a getting a quote to do the installation. Wanting this completed between 5th to 21 December.

Details Front deck and rear deck needs to be re painted as it is peeling from being painted previously so will need to use paint stripper to remove old before painting . Please don’t ask for the job if you aren’t a painter and haven’t done this before as I just had my house painted so it needs to be done correctly and carefully.. Front verandah 8 x 1 Rear verandah 8x2

Have a deck and walk way that needs to be cleaned and then oiled .. also depending might have a timber fence slattered style to be done as well

Need someone who will be reasonable to help strengthen a balcony that’s wobbly

There is some wood rot in one of the beams on our verandah which has meant that the staircase has been sagging and deteriorating. The beam needs replacing (which we can supply) and the staircase to be repaired along with repair/replacement of some of the verandah balustrades. I will post some more photos soon.

I need the bottom two stairs replaced on my verandah. No painting required.
