We've just had a portion of our verandah replaced and it needs to be painted again to match the rest

Work needed to be done due to water leaks insurance job a little bit of lounge ceiling plastering painting, ensuite a little mould to be treated and painted, verandah ceiling to be painted

As requested by our insurer we need verandah roof replaced

wrap around verandahs and the travertine is purchased but haven't got around to arranging someone to lay it

The stairs we have at the front of the house need replacing and we would like them replaced with colonial type stairs with rails each side.. I think the top rail is called lady waist rails on the top with slats. I have just put 100.00 as I have not idea of the cost. I am quiet happy to buy the timber and use you for your time and equipment you have or alternatively you buy the time , your time and tools. I am presuming you would need to put 2 x 4x4 post into the concrete with a bracket Just let me know

Corner piece of wood on verandah roof needs replacing

I have previously sikkens the front verandah and not re-coated it in time. It now requires a light sand to remove the deteriorated sikkens product. The verandah area is about 19 square meters. I am only after a price to sand the deck.

I need 6 verandah posts to be replaced, as the bottoms of all of them are rotten. Main issue is it seems the original builder used one post from ground to roof of 2 level house. Happy to replace post wher ti meets at beams. see pictures. Need it done as soon as possible

Verandah outdoor blinds childproof

Verandah is approx 8 x 6m. Entire gyprock ceiling has detached from frame. It is currently held up by a prop and the ceiling fan. The gyprock needs to be all pulled down and a new lot put up.

Our verandah walls have surface mould (that wipes off) and looking to have it removed/cleaned properly so it doesn't come back. We clean every few months with warm sugar soap water and it wipes off easily, but it eventually comes back
