Wire up outdoor light fixture with 8x light fittings “Lampada Cantino” (provided) Guide wires already in place. 5. Install outdoor light fixture to structural beam with hardware provided. Supplies required: Electrical cabling as required. 4x light bulbs to suit existing fittings (GU10 LED) Ladder and tools as required.

The back verandah needs sanding and then staining and sealing. The front verandah probably just needs stain/seal.

We need someone to paint our the ceiling of our verandah. It will need to be cleaned before it is painted and the deck protected. We will provide a paint sprayer and paint and any other materials needed. We also have a section of weatherboard on the backside of our home that needs to be painted - only a couple sq m.

We are looking at getting an old deck/verandah repaired that has some rot and deterioration. This includes the handrails and stairs too. Provide materials and install a standard colourbond corrugated iron roof 4.950CM long X 1.6M wide A timber deck 4.950CM long X 1.6M wide with a drop to the ground of roughly 1 to 1.5 metres deep. Current step can be utilised and placed to the left of the new deck. I'm open to providing the materials and a getting a quote to do the installation. Wanting this completed between 5th to 21 December.

Details Front deck and rear deck needs to be re painted as it is peeling from being painted previously so will need to use paint stripper to remove old before painting . Please don’t ask for the job if you aren’t a painter and haven’t done this before as I just had my house painted so it needs to be done correctly and carefully.. Have a deck and walk way that needs to be cleaned and then oiled .. also depending might have a timber fence slattered style to be done as well

Need someone who will be reasonable to help strengthen a balcony that’s wobbly

There is some wood rot in one of the beams on our verandah which has meant that the staircase has been sagging and deteriorating. The beam needs replacing (which we can supply) and the staircase to be repaired along with repair/replacement of some of the verandah balustrades. I will post some more photos soon.

I urgently need four tiles on the edge of a balcony done for purposes of a valuation to be done Friday. I have a tile cutter and glue but need someone to do it urgently. After this job done there are others which are not as urgent such as fixing a door locks and other bits and pieces.
