Have approx 40 vinyl planks to replace

We decided against doing flooring through the builder, purchased it cheap on sale. We are now looking for someone to install the flooring, floorplan attached is accurate. total house area is 225m2, but tiling will already be installed to wet areas. Works would take place some time next year and we are looking to select and book in a good tradesperson ahead of time to complete the install as soon as we get the keys.

We are looking to get a new sheet of vinyl laid in our new caravan. We have purchased an On The Move Caravan, and we are not a fan of the standard flooring option that it comes with. So we'd like to get a new sheet of vinyl laid once we have taken delivery of the new van in late February/early March. We can pre-purchase the sheet of our chosen vinyl, we just need someone to lay it. We are wondering if it can be laid straight over the top of the existing vinyl given it will be in new condition. Vinyl flooring needs to be removed and disposed of. It is glued to the concrete and will need someone with experience to know how to remove. If you need to use loud machinery it will need to be done of an evening or early morning. But preferably evening. There are 3 spaces approximately - 55sqm, 80sqm and 20sqm. Images of the vinyl.

Lay vinyl sheeting 2 adjacent rooms together total of both rooms together are approx.7m x 2.3m. plus small toilet area approx. 1.5 x 80cm including any sub-floor prep needed. I will purchase vinyl sheeting as well as any underlay needed. It is to be laid on top of a concrete slab floor. Slab has some join gaps that need to be filled with "no more gaps" or similar prior to the lay. If needed I could fill the gaps prior to the laying date or Taskers can include this step in quote.

Need a few rooms painted, roughly 7-8 meters being the biggest room, need vinyl/lino laid for the flooring and a electrician

Need 7 vinly floor planks replaced by new ones. The old ones have been marked or stratched. I have replacement planks. Need to remove old planks and replace with new planks (I will supply)glued down. You will need to confirm you are experienced at this task.

Need to remove vinyl sheet from floorboards using hot air gun so we can sand and polish the floorboards underneath. We have started the job in the some areas of the house however do not have time to finish it off. Floorplan: entry, living room, dinning, meals and hallway in between bedrooms needs stripping. Kitchen has already been completed. Glue from vinyl needs to all come off before sand and polish.
